January 12 - Preview Day, Toronto International Boat Show
January 12-21 – Toronto International Boat Show: Join us for a mid-winter rendezvous! Drop by booth G-501 and 1151. Tour the new Ranger Tugs!
February 15-19 – Miami International Boat Show
February 17 – Lefroy Family Winter Golf Classic: Tee off for a round of golf (starting at 10am); skate on an outdoor rink and participate in other winter activities, weather permitting; roast marshmallows on an open fire; enjoy a complimentary outdoor barbecue with hot and cold refreshments (at noon); and reconnect with boating neighbours!

May 19-25 - National Safe Boating Awareness Week - See our safe boating video tips album on Facebook!
May 19 – Spring Meet & Greet, 4 to 8pm (new hours this year): Kick off the 2018 boating season by reconnecting with old boater friends and welcoming new Lefroy and Kon Tiki boaters aboard! Wear your whites and "light up the night" in the Lefroy Harbour heated storage building. Fun for all ages includes music, Make a Mess artwork for ages 12 and under, and complimentary food and refreshments. Required for attendance, event passes are available from Linda at the Lefroy Harbour office (Lefroy and Kon Tiki members only for this event).

May 19 – Lefroy Harbour Resorts 2018 Photo Contest officially begins! Boating is about family, friends and special memories made on and off the water, and so is Lefroy Harbour Resorts! Periodic early-bird random draws throughout the summer will be made from those who have submitted photos to date, with winners receiving a $25 gift certificate for Harbour House Grill! June 16 – Family Fun & Safety Day: A variety of fun and educational booths and activities for the whole family! At the Yard Sale, you can buy, sell, barter or giveaway - contact Linda (705-456-2120, ex 22) to book single or group tables. Bring your expired marine flares to the Barrie Power & Sail Squadron booth for safe disposal. If your flares have expired, you cannot light them, or throw them in the water, or dispose of them in household garbage. See poster for further details.
June 21 - Lefroy Harbour Golf Classic - Join us for our annual charity golf tournament! Registration includes 18 holes of golf (with cart), lunch, a steak dinner reception and a classic memento. July 17 - Weed Spraying: We will be spraying for algae growth in slips and channels. Please continue to use caution while maneuvering your vessel through heavily weeded areas.

September 8 – Fall Fair Event: Let's wrap up the season in style at our annual Fall Fair! Due to the popularity of this event, the Fall Fair is limited to Lefroy Harbour/Kon Tiki marina members. Once again, in support of the local Food Bank, our Cruising for Cans program will collect non-perishable goods in a small boat located outside of the main office. (In 2017, the generosity of our staff and boaters sent 130 pounds of food to those in need.) See September Dock Talk for more details!

October 30, 2015 – Congratulations to the winners of our 2015 Lefroy Harbour Resorts Photo Contest! Our 1st Place Winning Image, submitted by Asim Ozses, cleverly captures the boating lifestyle well, incorporating fun times rafting and boating with pets. Our 2nd Place Winning Image, submitted by Jessica Tulk, uses a creative overhead angle to catch a compelling image of an eager young kayaker. Our 3rd Place Winning Image, submitted by Martina Krejci, depicts the peaceful nature of the on-water experience, with a strong sunset image of a brilliantly coloured sail.

June 4, 2015 – Lefroy Harbour Golf Classic Raises $20,000 for Mully Children’s Family – Representing the humanitarian organization that rescues and cares for abandoned and abused children, MCF founder Dr. Charles Mulli and his wife Esther were on hand to meet and thank golfers. The couple has witnessed firsthand the transformation of more 10,000 street kids in Kenya.
